Old Town Sewer Rehab Project Notice

Beginning on Monday, April 10th, 2023, for approximately 100 days, Excel 4 Construction, LLC, will begin the Old Town Sewer Rehab Project to replace existing sewer lines in the Old Town area. Construction will impact the following streets: 1st Street from FM 156 to Harmonson Ave and 2nd Street from FM 156 to N College Ave. Residents and businesses should have received a notice from Excel 4 Construction, LLC. Residents and businesses should not receive any interruptions to services. The project is estimated to be complete by Wednesday, July 19th, 2023.

Please be advised the construction process requires the contractor to locate each sewer line. The contractor agrees to restore your property back to preconstruction conditions and will strive to keep the inconveniences at a minimum. We appreciate your understanding and patience while the contractor works diligently to complete and improve the sewer line system in Old Town.
