Utility Billing

The Utility Billing Department is responsible for setting up new water service accounts, billing residential and commercial water and wastewater services, and billing residential trash services.

• Telephone, Internet and Cable: Frontier Communications
• Electric: TXU or go to powertochoose.org and choose your own provider for this area
• Gas: Atmos Energy
• Water: City of Justin
• Trash Services: Waste Connections (also handles recycling)
• Hazardous Waste Pickup: HHW Solutions (Find out our next pickup date here.)

Utility payments not in the payment dropbox at City Hall before 3:30 p.m. will not be processed until the next business day.
