Planning & Zoning
The Planning and Zoning Office handles platting, zoning, and variance requests. If you are a landowner looking to build for residential or commercial purposes, start here.
Permitting & Inspections
The Permitting and Inspections Office handles building permits, inspection requests, Certificates of Occupancy, and other related requests. If you have verified that your land is properly platted and zoned, and wish to build, start here.
The Code Compliance Office handles all matters relating to ensuring adherence to the City of Justin Code of Ordinances. If you wish to file a complaint or follow up on a case, start here.
The City Council adopted the 2018 IBC Model Codes by Ordinance Number 677-20 on June 29, 2020. This Ordinance rescinded the use of all prior Codes for building and construction within the City
