Scheduled for September 11th at 7:00PM to hear comments for and against the proposed budget which can be viewed HERE. A copy of the proposed budget has been filed by the City Manager, Cori Reaume, with the City Secretary, Brittany Andrews, on August 18th, 2018.

ZONING CHANGE PUBLIC HEARINGS 

Public hearings will be held at the following dates and times for a city-initiated rezoning for vacant land located east of Reatta Ridge Subdivision and Justin Elevated Water Tower and west of the fast food restaurants (Pizza Hut and Chicken Express, which are west of FM 156.

 A tax rate of $0.650000 per $100 valuation has been proposed by the governing body of CITY OF JUSTIN.

EFFECTIVE TAX RATE                                 $0.653039 per $100

The effective tax rate is the total tax rate needed to raise the same amount of property tax revenue for CITY OF JUSTIN from the same properties in both the 2016 tax year and the 2017 tax year.
