Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Justin, Texas will hold a public hearing for a “PD” Planned Development District amendment to “PD” Planned Development District, Ordinance Number 598-15, for single family uses on Tuesday, March 20th, 2018 at 7:15 pm.  The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 415 N. College, Justin, Texas, 76247.

An amendment to the PD will be considered to allow for the elimination of a street connection to the east, amend the development regulations, and to revise the concept plan on approximately 3.772 acres of land out of the E.F. Springer Survey, Abstract No. 1166, Justin, Texas, Denton County, Texas, and generally located at the southeast corner of FM 407 and Sage Drive within the city limits of Justin, Texas.

College, Justin, Texas, 76247.

“NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENS PLAN RELATING TO POSSIBLE ADOPTION OF IMPACT FEES”

A Public Hearing will be conducted, Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 7:15pm at the City Council Chambers, 415 N. College Avenue, Justin, Texas 76247, to consider the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan under which impact fees may be imposed by the City of Justin. Any member of the public has the right to appear and present evidence for or against the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan.
