Q: There is a pothole in my street. Who do I report this to?
A: Email the Public Works Department at publicworks@cityofjustin.com or call (940) 648-2541. If the street is FM 156 or FM 407,contact the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) at 817-399-4350.

Q: Who do I report damaged street signs to?
A: Email the Public Works Department at publicworks@cityofjustin.com  or call (940) 648-2541.

Q: I need to report a tree that has fallen into the street.
A: Email the Public Works Department at publicworks@cityofjustin.com or call (940) 648-2541.  If this is an after-hours emergency, contact 817-876-7956 for the Public Works on-call staff.

Q: My street light is out. Who do I report this to?
A: The Public Works Department reports all malfunctioning street lights to the appropriate electric company and also confirms when repairs are completed. To report a street light that is not operating correctly, email the Public Works Department at publicworks@cityofjustin.com or call (940 648-2541.

Q: Can I get another driveway?
A: Driveway approaches are regulated based on the street size, lot location, lot size and the number and size of existing approaches. Email Development Services at DGentry@cityofjustin.com or call 940-648-2541 for more information.

Q: I need to get a permit to work in the public right-of-way/easement area.
A: Contact Development Services, at 940-648-2541.
